Andrea Bauer-Vaugan holds a master's degree in International Management at the University LMU-Munich, Germany but is now based in Paris. Andrea started her career as an international marketing director at ChateauOnline, one of France's first large-scale e-commerce start-ups followed by a deep experience in the digital marketing agency field in Paris. Andrea then founded her own boutique consultancy and marketing & communications agency Wyngs.co supporting young tech companies in their endeavor of expanding their business to the German, French, and Dutch markets. Andrea also holds a position as Venture Operating Partner at Hi Inov, a French-German B2B Deeptech VC Fund based in Paris and Munich. Regarding pro bono initiatives, Andrea is the President of the French-German Digital Club and the Cluny Forum (French-German innovation forum for young professionals) and recently co-founded the NPO European Champions Alliance dedicated to the support of European Tech Champions, where she holds the position of Secretary-General and General Manager.
