Helmuts has been working for the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA) for 15 years, manages German representation of LIAA and deals with location marketing, export and investment promotion. He helps German companies find business partners in Latvia and supports Germans with investment projects in Latvia. Latvia is a small, but digitally very developed country, so it is all the more important to observe new trends in order to see opportunities. This is also part of his job, Helmuts loves networking, he sees himself as a mediator between German and Latvian business culture.
