Timo is the CTO of SCHUNK Clamping and Gripping GmbH, global competence leader for gripping systems and clamping technology and leading technology supplier of robots and production machines. Timo joined SCHUNK in 2019 and is working together with his team on expanding the product and technology portfolio of SCHUNK in order to enable a sustainable and automated future. He is keen on new technologies, customer needs and business model innovation. Timo has a passion for establishing sustainable cooperations with other companies, universities and start-ups and expands the ecosystem accordingly. He holds a degree in engineering from the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University Stuttgart. Before SCHUNK Timo worked at Bosch in various areas such as SW development, innovation & product management, business development and has founded and established new business fields, corporate start-ups and organizations.
